      楊寶學(xué),男,1962年出生,博士。現(xiàn)任北京大學(xué)基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)院藥理學(xué)系副主任,教授、博士生導(dǎo)師。

      教育及工作經(jīng)歷:

      1984年獲白求恩醫(yī)科大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位。

      1987年獲白求恩醫(yī)科大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)遺傳學(xué)碩士學(xué)位。

      1993年獲白求恩醫(yī)科大學(xué)免疫學(xué)博士學(xué)位。

      1987年至1990年 在白求恩醫(yī)科大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)遺傳學(xué)教研室任助教。

      1993年至1994年在白求恩醫(yī)科大學(xué)免疫學(xué)教研室任副教授。

      1994年至1997年在美國加州大學(xué)舊金山分校(UCSF)心血管研究所完成博士后培訓(xùn)。

      1997年至2003在UCSF醫(yī)學(xué)系任助理研究員。

      2003年2009年在UCSF醫(yī)學(xué)系任助理教授。

      2009年7月開始在北京大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)部基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)院藥理學(xué)系任教授,博士生導(dǎo)師,系副主任。

      1. “重大新藥創(chuàng)制”科技重大專項基金子課題:銀杏內(nèi)酯B治療多囊腎病的藥效學(xué)研究。

      2. 國家自然科學(xué)基金:尿素通道蛋白在尿濃縮過程中的作用機制。

      3. 國家自然科學(xué)基金:水通道蛋白在多囊腎病腎囊泡發(fā)生和發(fā)展過程中的作用。

      科研成果:

      (1) 首次發(fā)現(xiàn)尿素通道蛋白UT-B 可轉(zhuǎn)運水;

      (2) 建立了尿素通道蛋白家族第一個基因敲除小鼠模型;

      (3) 發(fā)現(xiàn)上皮細(xì)胞膜表面矩陣排列蛋白為水通道蛋白AQP4,揭開了一個25年的形態(tài)學(xué)之謎;

      (4) 首次克隆了人水通道蛋白4的cDNA和并鑒定了其基因結(jié)構(gòu)和蛋白特性;

      (5) 以基因敲入手段模擬出人遺傳性腎性尿崩癥第一個小鼠模型;

      (6) 成功地建立了水通道1,2,3,4,8的基因敲除小鼠模型;

      (7) 首次應(yīng)用表達水通道蛋白AQP1的重組非復(fù)制型腺病毒對的尿崩癥小鼠模型進行基因治療;

      (8) 獲得了水通道蛋白和尿素通道蛋白在尿濃縮機制中作用的系統(tǒng)性生理學(xué)數(shù)據(jù);

      (9) 發(fā)現(xiàn)新的 CFTR突變體改正劑小分子化合物;

      (10) 證實CFTR在多囊腎發(fā)病過程中起重要作用,提示CFTR抑制劑有可能用于治療多囊腎;

      (11) 發(fā)現(xiàn)銀杏內(nèi)酯B可抑制多囊腎囊泡的生成和增大,目前正在進行體內(nèi)藥效學(xué)評價;

      (12) 利用高通量篩選獲得小分子尿素通道抑制劑,并已發(fā)現(xiàn)該化合物在體內(nèi)具有利尿作用。
