      專家信息 :

      傅強 教授,男,1963年1月出生,博士。于1997年底學(xué)成歸國,他來到我校高分子學(xué)院工作后即被學(xué)校特聘為教授。

      傅強博士在美工作期間主要從事尼龍6/聚酰亞胺嵌段接枝分子復(fù)合材料的結(jié)構(gòu)與性能研究和茂金屬聚乙烯支化非均勻性及其對結(jié)晶結(jié)構(gòu)和形態(tài)的影響研究,研究成果得到美國工業(yè)界和學(xué)術(shù)界的好評和贊揚,其研究論文"茂金屬聚乙烯熱分級方法"獲得美國熱分析學(xué)會杰出論文獎。回國后主要從事高性能聚合物有機/無機雜化納米復(fù)合材料和共混物形態(tài)控制等研究。1999年傅強博士獲國家杰出青年科學(xué)基金資助,使我校在該項基金項目的申報中實現(xiàn)了零的突破。1999年晉升為博導(dǎo),現(xiàn)為長江學(xué)者特聘教授、國務(wù)院學(xué)位委員會學(xué)科評審組專家、四川省科學(xué)技術(shù)學(xué)術(shù)帶頭人。目前為國家自然科學(xué)基金、973子課題,四川杰出青年基金等多個研究項目的負責(zé)人。至今國內(nèi)外知名學(xué)術(shù)刊物發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文100余篇,其中80余篇被SCI或EI收錄,論文被SCI引用達400余次。獲寶鋼優(yōu)秀教師獎,國家教育部科技進步二等獎一項,四川省科技進步一等獎和二等獎各一項。并以突出研究成果得到國際上著名的洪堡基金資助,分別于1999.8-2000.9,2001.10-2001.12,2003.9-2003.10,2005.9-2005.10在德國進行國際合作研究。已經(jīng)成長為我校年輕的學(xué)術(shù)帶頭人。

      聚合物成型加工中的形態(tài)控制

      利用成型加工中的剪切場和溫度場,從共混熱力學(xué)和動力學(xué)的角度,通過剪切引起的液-液相分離以及動態(tài)保壓等技術(shù)控制聚合物共混物的微相分離、取向和結(jié)晶結(jié)構(gòu),以獲得高性能的聚合物共混復(fù)合材料,建立結(jié)構(gòu)-形態(tài)-性能的關(guān)系.

      聚合物納米材料的瓶頸科學(xué)問題的研究

      在分子設(shè)計與界面設(shè)計的基礎(chǔ)上,通過對無機納米粒子的表面修飾與改性,從根本上解決原位和共混復(fù)合中納米粒子的分散和界面問題,通過在成型加工中直接制備聚合物納米復(fù)合材料,控制納米粒子的分散、取向和體系的微觀結(jié)構(gòu),大幅度提高通用和工程塑料的性能,成果去向包括:納米復(fù)合高光澤聚酯薄膜和多層復(fù)合塑料啤酒瓶等.

      學(xué)術(shù)成果

      首次報導(dǎo)了無機剛性粒子填充HDPE材料的脆-韌轉(zhuǎn)變及其規(guī)律,使聚合物增韌在彈性體–有機剛性粒子增韌技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,向無機剛性粒子多元化增韌技術(shù)發(fā)展。通過自制的動態(tài)保壓裝置控制聚烯烴共混物的取向、結(jié)晶和微相分離,獲得了高性能聚烯烴工程材料(拉伸強度≥100MPa,缺口沖擊強度≥140KJ/m2)。控制EPDM橡膠在PP中的取向,首次在PP/EPDM體系發(fā)現(xiàn)了“脆-韌-脆”轉(zhuǎn)變現(xiàn)象,使塑料增韌機理的研究推向一個新階段;用自制的高壓裝置,將聚烯烴高壓結(jié)晶的研究范圍從0~0.7GPa壓力擴展到0~2.3GPa壓力范圍,獲得了聚乙烯、聚丙烯在以往未曾報導(dǎo)的有關(guān)晶體結(jié)構(gòu)形態(tài)的新信息,并首次用液晶引誘導(dǎo)在低壓下制備含伸直鏈聚乙烯取得成功,為制備高性能聚烯烴工程材料開辟了新途徑;建立了結(jié)晶熱分級和結(jié)晶動力學(xué)研究含結(jié)晶高分子共混物相容性和相分離的新方法。 近年來在聚合物納米復(fù)合材料和高分子共混物形態(tài)控制的研究中取得突出成績。提出了通過高剪切相容與低剪切動態(tài)保壓控制共混物形態(tài)與性能的新思想。在聚丙烯、聚酯(PET)納米復(fù)合材料的制備與應(yīng)用方面取得重要進展,通過了四川省科委組織的專家鑒定會,成果被評為國際先進水平。研制的高透明防粘連聚酯納米薄膜經(jīng)廠家批量生產(chǎn),取得了明顯的經(jīng)濟效益,該產(chǎn)品被評為2002年杭州市新產(chǎn)品、新技術(shù)一等獎。2003年獲四川省科技進步二等獎。2005年獲四川省科技進步一等獎。
