朱衛(wèi)國(Wei-Guo Zhu), 博士, 深圳大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)部特聘教授, 博士生導(dǎo)師,醫(yī)學(xué)部主任/醫(yī)學(xué)院院長。多項(xiàng) 科技部“973”及“863”計(jì)劃負(fù)責(zé)人;國家基金委創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)負(fù)責(zé)人,國家基金委重大及重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人, 國家杰出青年基金獲得者。 國家自然科學(xué)基金重大項(xiàng)目醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)領(lǐng)域?qū)I(yè)評審組成員。
主要從事腫瘤表觀遺傳調(diào)控, 蛋白質(zhì)修飾及細(xì)胞自噬的研究工作。 歷任北京大學(xué)教授,北京大學(xué)-清華大學(xué)生命聯(lián)合中心研究員。 在國際主流期刊發(fā)表100多篇研究論文,包括Nature, Nature Cell Biology, PNAS等, 以第一作者和責(zé)任作者發(fā)表論文80多篇。是多種國際雜志編委。 為近50多種國際雜志評審論文。 國家科技部,中華醫(yī)學(xué)會, 教育部, 國家自然基金委, 英國Wellcome Trust, Cancer Research UK,波蘭國家基金會, 捷克國家基金會, 以色列國家基金會, 新加坡國家基金會, 以及香港,澳門基金會評審專家。 主要研究方向?yàn)槟[瘤表觀遺傳調(diào)控, 側(cè)重于組蛋白修飾調(diào)控細(xì)胞生物學(xué)功能研究,非組蛋白翻譯后修飾與功能關(guān)聯(lián)性, 腫瘤細(xì)胞自噬。 主要貢獻(xiàn)包括提出了腫瘤表觀遺傳治療的作用模式; 闡述了部分轉(zhuǎn)錄因子的胞漿功能, 探明了腫瘤細(xì)胞化療及放療的DNA損傷應(yīng)答及修復(fù)的部分關(guān)鍵影響因素。曾獲高等學(xué)校自然科技獎一等獎 (排名第一, 2009), 中華醫(yī)學(xué)會科技二等獎 (排名第一, 2011),藥明康德生命化學(xué)獎二等獎(2011),北京市科學(xué)技術(shù)獎二等獎(2016).
