佘遠(yuǎn)斌現(xiàn)任歐洲人文與自然科學(xué)院院士、浙江省應(yīng)急管理學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)、浙江工業(yè)大學(xué)教授、博士生導(dǎo)師、我國(guó)綠色化學(xué)與精細(xì)化工、食品安全與應(yīng)急管理專家、國(guó)家一流本科專業(yè)應(yīng)用化學(xué)專業(yè)負(fù)責(zé)人、中國(guó)食協(xié)營(yíng)養(yǎng)委副主任專家委員、(IFSN)國(guó)際食品安全與營(yíng)養(yǎng)健康高峰論壇組委會(huì)秘書(shū)長(zhǎng)、貴州省黔南州人大代表!

學(xué)術(shù)研究上極具原創(chuàng)性,做為科研項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人主持了各類國(guó)家級(jí)科研項(xiàng)目30余項(xiàng)(包括國(guó)家自然基金重點(diǎn)及面上項(xiàng)目8項(xiàng));在國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)刊物上發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文310多篇,其中被SCI、ET檢索論文260余篇;申請(qǐng)美國(guó)、中國(guó)發(fā)明專利110余件,已獲授權(quán)美國(guó)、澳大利亞、中國(guó)發(fā)明專利70余件:獲得軟件著作權(quán)10件;獲得國(guó)家級(jí)、省部級(jí)各種獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)5項(xiàng)在仿生催化模擬血紅素選擇氧化各種烴類及其側(cè)鏈綠色合成醇、醛、酮、酸、砜等精細(xì)中間體及產(chǎn)品領(lǐng)域取得重大進(jìn)展,獲得國(guó)家級(jí)項(xiàng)目的支持(包括8項(xiàng)自然基金項(xiàng)目),獲得40余件專利授權(quán),并獲得2004年國(guó)家科技進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng);在人工光合作用領(lǐng)域取得突破性進(jìn)展,在國(guó)際上首次針對(duì)光催化還原CO2難以合成C2,特別是乙烯等卡脖子的問(wèn)題,創(chuàng)新構(gòu)建了金屬卟啉串聯(lián)催化體系,并在太陽(yáng)光譜下與10℃下與水反映光化還原CO2,一步制成乙烯,處于世界領(lǐng)先水平,獲得2021年國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目支持;在食品安全與真實(shí)性溯源領(lǐng)域也取得了重大進(jìn)展,針對(duì)食品中外源性有害物重金屬、農(nóng)殘、霉菌微生物等“檢不出、檢不準(zhǔn)、檢不快”的瓶頸問(wèn)題,采用納米卟啉及量子點(diǎn)構(gòu)建系列可視化傳感器,用于食品中外源性有害物以及白酒、茶葉等特征標(biāo)志物的檢測(cè)取得了突出進(jìn)展,在香精香料領(lǐng)域取得了重大進(jìn)展,先后獲得行業(yè)學(xué)會(huì)科技創(chuàng)新科技進(jìn)步一等獎(jiǎng)、中國(guó)輕工聯(lián)合會(huì)科學(xué)技術(shù)發(fā)明一等獎(jiǎng)和上海市科學(xué)進(jìn)步一等獎(jiǎng)。
扶貧攻堅(jiān)帶頭人
他在學(xué)術(shù)上取得的成果是常人無(wú)法達(dá)到的,更可貴的是他還堅(jiān)持把所學(xué)和科學(xué)技術(shù)用到科技扶貧,助力西南少數(shù)民族地區(qū)扶貧攻堅(jiān),振興貴州西部福泉市鄉(xiāng)村經(jīng)濟(jì),服務(wù)政府,幫助企業(yè)和行業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)科學(xué)化、鞏固福泉脫貧攻堅(jiān)的成果,促進(jìn)鄉(xiāng)村振興計(jì)劃,實(shí)現(xiàn)福泉經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展做出重要貢獻(xiàn)。最突出的貢獻(xiàn)是對(duì)接國(guó)家“碳達(dá)峰”、“碳中和”的戰(zhàn)略和重大需求,申請(qǐng)高科技立項(xiàng)并啟動(dòng)了“15萬(wàn)噸/年固廢硫酸納再生制純堿”高科技公關(guān)項(xiàng)目,并實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)化!
由佘遠(yuǎn)斌所在的浙江工業(yè)大學(xué)化學(xué)工程學(xué)院與貴州黔南州福泉市全面合作,成立浙江工業(yè)大學(xué)化學(xué)工程學(xué)院西南研究院并擔(dān)任院長(zhǎng),同時(shí)兼任首席科學(xué)家。通過(guò)引進(jìn)佘遠(yuǎn)斌和周春松院士的團(tuán)隊(duì),注冊(cè)成立福泉環(huán)保城科技發(fā)展有限公司,通過(guò)西南研究院引進(jìn)了彭孝軍院士、王建國(guó)教授等九位國(guó)家級(jí)專家,組建研究院高端人才團(tuán)隊(duì)。推動(dòng)黔南高新區(qū)精細(xì)化化工產(chǎn)業(yè)孵化園建設(shè),推動(dòng)固廢資源化,精細(xì)化工高值化,節(jié)能環(huán)?茖W(xué)化,食品安全檢測(cè)精細(xì)化,農(nóng)副產(chǎn)品及天然產(chǎn)物利用的差異化,新材料產(chǎn)業(yè)化,安全生產(chǎn)與應(yīng)急管理規(guī)范化,為己任和目標(biāo)。積極搭建綜合科技服務(wù)平臺(tái),短時(shí)間內(nèi)產(chǎn)生了碩果累累的科研成果:西南研究院以福泉環(huán)保城為載體,創(chuàng)建水處理、生物處理、建材等實(shí)驗(yàn)室12個(gè),申請(qǐng)及受讓專利達(dá)42項(xiàng),其中授權(quán)實(shí)用新型專利11項(xiàng),授權(quán)發(fā)明專利1項(xiàng),申請(qǐng)發(fā)明專利18項(xiàng),申請(qǐng)實(shí)用新型專利12項(xiàng)。建設(shè)眾創(chuàng)空間1個(gè)、科創(chuàng)基地1個(gè),提供小試、中試、孵化等科技服務(wù)。
目前,已有15家大型企業(yè)先后落戶福泉,簽約合作經(jīng)費(fèi)已突破30億,通過(guò)“招商引智”真正實(shí)現(xiàn)了“招商選資”的轉(zhuǎn)變。精細(xì)化工高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)孵化園已從150畝規(guī)劃拓展到480畝,預(yù)計(jì)今年年底將實(shí)現(xiàn)40-60億的產(chǎn)值!
在佘遠(yuǎn)斌院士及團(tuán)隊(duì)成員周春松院士帶領(lǐng)下,共同成功研發(fā)利用回收二氧化碳及氯化鈉硫酸鈉廢鹽制碳酸鈉及碳酸氫鈉技術(shù)。目前首臺(tái)套萬(wàn)噸設(shè)備已穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行一年,處于全球頂尖水平,具有極高的經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值和市場(chǎng)意義!
參與地方鄉(xiāng)村振興,積極作為。通過(guò)西南研究院技術(shù)支持建設(shè)了萬(wàn)三文化創(chuàng)意基地項(xiàng)目,通過(guò)貴州一片葉高新科技有限公司、福泉冒泡泡影視文化傳媒有限公司、福泉新春紫砂文化藝術(shù)有限公司、福泉燒坊酒業(yè)有限公司四家公司,將仙橋作為主戰(zhàn)場(chǎng),以科技人才賦能,推動(dòng)鄉(xiāng)村的全面振興發(fā)展。在茶、水、中草藥、辣椒深加工,黃牛養(yǎng)殖、養(yǎng)殖業(yè)污染治理,紫砂產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展、大健康、林下經(jīng)濟(jì)、文旅等多方面對(duì)仙橋鄉(xiāng)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展進(jìn)行科技幫扶。組織47名村民前往宜興學(xué)習(xí)紫砂制作技藝,聘請(qǐng)中國(guó)陶瓷藝術(shù)大師熊立新先生蹲點(diǎn)仙橋鄉(xiāng)開(kāi)展現(xiàn)場(chǎng)教學(xué),鏈接國(guó)家茶重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室、攜手王華銀到仙橋養(yǎng)殖黃牛、開(kāi)發(fā)仙橋辣椒普等,通過(guò)以人才促產(chǎn)業(yè)、以產(chǎn)業(yè)形成仙橋地方本地民族技能人オ培養(yǎng),促進(jìn)人才、文化振興。
看著這些實(shí)實(shí)在在的成果和數(shù)據(jù),相信每個(gè)人心理都會(huì)留下一個(gè)疑問(wèn),干這么多的事,科研跨度這么大,時(shí)間夠用嗎?這也是我寫(xiě)這篇文章的初衷,時(shí)間對(duì)每個(gè)人都是一樣的,可在佘遠(yuǎn)斌的時(shí)間里只有工作,不管是節(jié)假日還是生病住院期間,排除非常短暫的睡眠,其它時(shí)間都在科研教學(xué)和扶貧攻堅(jiān)的路上...如此自律,如此執(zhí)著,如此潛心鉆研,無(wú)數(shù)次的殊榮、獲獎(jiǎng)與成功只是他前行路上的必然而已。

近日,歐洲自然科學(xué)院(Europasche Akademie der Naturwissenschaften)正式公布2022年新晉院士名單。浙江工業(yè)大學(xué)教授,知名綠色化學(xué)與精細(xì)化工、食品安全與應(yīng)急管理專家,國(guó)家固態(tài)釀造工程技術(shù)研究中心(簡(jiǎn)稱“國(guó)家固釀中心”)工程技術(shù)委員會(huì)委員,四川省固態(tài)釀造技術(shù)創(chuàng)新中心專家佘遠(yuǎn)斌成功當(dāng)選為歐洲自然科學(xué)院院士。

歐洲自然科學(xué)院總部位于德國(guó)漢諾威市(德國(guó)汽車、機(jī)械、電子等產(chǎn)業(yè)中心),由歐洲多國(guó)科學(xué)家組織成立,在歐洲具有較強(qiáng)的影響力,F(xiàn)有425名院士成員,包括320名正式院士和105位通訊院士,其中有5名院士是諾貝爾獎(jiǎng)獲得者,另有30多名院士是歐洲知名科學(xué)技術(shù)獎(jiǎng)獲得者?茖W(xué)院目前在德國(guó)、俄羅斯、亞美尼亞、阿塞拜疆、格魯吉亞、匈牙利、以色列、哈薩克斯坦、摩爾多瓦、立陶宛、烏克蘭、日本等世界33個(gè)國(guó)家設(shè)有分支機(jī)構(gòu)和辦事處,科學(xué)院充滿著活力,成為有科學(xué)志趣與來(lái)自不同國(guó)家的院士合作的科學(xué)家和專家的歐洲吸引力中心。
此次佘遠(yuǎn)斌教授的成功當(dāng)選,是對(duì)其多年來(lái)辛勤工作成就的充分肯定,也是國(guó)際科技界、學(xué)術(shù)界對(duì)佘遠(yuǎn)斌教授科技創(chuàng)新和杰出成果的高度認(rèn)可!

佘遠(yuǎn)斌教授長(zhǎng)期從事綠色化學(xué)與精細(xì)化工、金屬卟啉仿生催化劑的設(shè)計(jì)與合成、仿生催化烴類選擇氧化綠色合成精細(xì)化工中間體及產(chǎn)品、光催化二氧化碳還原制乙烯、固體廢棄物(廢鹽)資源化利用、食品安全與真實(shí)性檢測(cè)及溯源、應(yīng)急管理新技術(shù)及產(chǎn)品的研究與開(kāi)發(fā)。主持各類國(guó)家級(jí)科研項(xiàng)目(包括國(guó)家自然基金重點(diǎn)及面上項(xiàng)目8項(xiàng))30余項(xiàng);在國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)刊物上發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文310余篇,被SCI收錄論文260余篇;獲授權(quán)美國(guó)、澳大利亞、中國(guó)發(fā)明專利70余件;獲得軟件著作權(quán)10件。獲得國(guó)家科技進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng)、省部級(jí)一等獎(jiǎng)5項(xiàng)。兼任中國(guó)化工學(xué)會(huì)理事、精細(xì)化工專業(yè)委員會(huì)副主任委員、日化專業(yè)委員會(huì)副主任委員;中國(guó)化學(xué)會(huì)高級(jí)會(huì)員、綠色化學(xué)專業(yè)委員會(huì)委員;國(guó)家固態(tài)釀造工程技術(shù)研究中心工程技術(shù)委員會(huì)委員;國(guó)際食品安全與營(yíng)養(yǎng)健康高峰論壇(IFSN)組委會(huì)副主任兼秘書(shū)長(zhǎng);中國(guó)食品工業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)營(yíng)養(yǎng)指導(dǎo)工作委員會(huì)專家委員會(huì)副主任;四川省固態(tài)釀造技術(shù)創(chuàng)新中心專家委員會(huì)委員等。
近年來(lái),佘教授團(tuán)隊(duì)開(kāi)展綠色化學(xué)、精細(xì)化工、食品安全的科學(xué)研究和工業(yè)化應(yīng)用,取得重要成果,對(duì)推動(dòng)地區(qū)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展做出了突出貢獻(xiàn)。
在其主要研究方向之一——食品安全與真實(shí)性溯源取得重大進(jìn)展。針對(duì)食品外源性有害物重金屬、農(nóng)殘、霉菌微生物等以及食品真實(shí)性檢測(cè)中存在的“檢不出、檢不準(zhǔn)、檢不快”等瓶頸問(wèn)題,采用納米卟啉、納米金屬材料、量子點(diǎn)等構(gòu)建系列可視化傳感器、以及色譜質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用技術(shù)結(jié)合化學(xué)計(jì)量學(xué)等方法用于食品中外源性有害物及高端白酒、茶葉等特征標(biāo)志物真實(shí)性檢測(cè)取得了突出的進(jìn)展。先后獲得2018年度中國(guó)食品科學(xué)技術(shù)學(xué)會(huì)科技創(chuàng)新獎(jiǎng)技術(shù)進(jìn)步獎(jiǎng)一等獎(jiǎng)、2018年度中國(guó)輕工業(yè)聯(lián)合會(huì)科學(xué)技術(shù)發(fā)明獎(jiǎng)一等獎(jiǎng)、2019年度上海市科技進(jìn)步一等獎(jiǎng)。

自2016年以來(lái),瀘州老窖與佘教授團(tuán)隊(duì)以項(xiàng)目為主體,以成果為導(dǎo)向,圍繞白酒品質(zhì)、安全及溯源等內(nèi)容深入開(kāi)展研究,在白酒檢測(cè)新技術(shù)新方法方面共獲得重要科研成果19項(xiàng),含受理發(fā)明專利10件、授權(quán)發(fā)明專利1件,科技論文8篇,聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)博士1人。2020年,在國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)期刊《Sensors & Actuators: B. Chemical》上發(fā)表的《Colorimetric sensor array based on silver deposition of gold nanorods for discrimination of Chinese white spirits》,通過(guò)對(duì)納米材料用于白酒風(fēng)味物質(zhì)識(shí)別機(jī)制的研究,實(shí)現(xiàn)了基于納米可視化方法對(duì)不同種類白酒的快速有效識(shí)別。該論文的第一作者為公司與佘院士團(tuán)隊(duì)聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)的賈俊杰博士。同時(shí),公司邀請(qǐng)佘教授擔(dān)任國(guó)家固態(tài)釀造工程技術(shù)研究中心工程技術(shù)委員會(huì)委員、四川省固態(tài)釀造技術(shù)創(chuàng)新中心專家,指導(dǎo)國(guó)家工程中心及技術(shù)創(chuàng)新中心科技工作。
未來(lái),瀘州老窖將依托國(guó)家固態(tài)釀造工程技術(shù)研究中心、四川省固態(tài)釀造技術(shù)創(chuàng)新中心等科技創(chuàng)新平臺(tái)載體優(yōu)勢(shì),與佘教授團(tuán)隊(duì)進(jìn)一步深化產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作,充分發(fā)揮專家智慧,指導(dǎo)和推動(dòng)固態(tài)釀造行業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)、高質(zhì)量發(fā)展!
