      沈 超,男,1965年出生。1987年于浙江大學(xué)物理系獲物理專業(yè)理學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位,1992年于北京師范大學(xué)物理系獲理論天體物理專業(yè)理學(xué)碩士學(xué)位, 1997年于中國(guó)科學(xué)院空間科學(xué)與應(yīng)用研究中心獲空間物理專業(yè)理學(xué)博士學(xué)位。1997年至今于中科院空間中心從事空間物理方面研究工作,1997年11月特批為副研究員; 1999年10月任中科院空間中心空間天氣開(kāi)放研究實(shí)驗(yàn)室研究員,并進(jìn)入中科院知識(shí)創(chuàng)新工程。先后獲得1997年中科院院長(zhǎng)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng),1998年度趙九章優(yōu)秀中青年科學(xué)工作獎(jiǎng),1998年度傅承義基金優(yōu)秀青年獎(jiǎng), 2005年歐空局CLUSTER計(jì)劃突出貢獻(xiàn)獎(jiǎng)。2002年度國(guó)家杰出青年基金獲得者,國(guó)家重點(diǎn)基礎(chǔ)研究發(fā)展規(guī)劃(973)項(xiàng)目 “太陽(yáng)劇烈活動(dòng)與空間災(zāi)害天氣”子課題負(fù)責(zé)人,國(guó)家重大工程項(xiàng)目雙星地球空間探測(cè)計(jì)劃科學(xué)運(yùn)行中心負(fù)責(zé)人、中歐科學(xué)協(xié)調(diào)人,ESA CLUSTER 計(jì)劃磁場(chǎng)測(cè)量?jī)xCo-I,中國(guó)科學(xué)院博士生導(dǎo)師、特聘教授。

      研究領(lǐng)域及學(xué)術(shù)成就:

      主要開(kāi)展了磁層亞暴和磁暴觸發(fā)機(jī)制、亞暴和磁暴的物理關(guān)系、磁層亞暴和磁暴的理論預(yù)報(bào)模式、中性原子成像的理論與模擬研究、內(nèi)磁層動(dòng)力學(xué)、磁層磁場(chǎng)重聯(lián)的理論和模擬研究、空間等離子體微觀不穩(wěn)定性與反常輸運(yùn)性質(zhì)等方面的研究工作,取得了一些具有重要理論意義、應(yīng)用價(jià)值并具有國(guó)際先進(jìn)水平的研究成果,在國(guó)內(nèi)外重要刊物上發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文60余篇,其中SCI收錄近40篇。

      首次成功運(yùn)用磁層全球等效電路方法對(duì)磁暴和亞暴活動(dòng)進(jìn)行定量預(yù)報(bào)。預(yù)報(bào)方法先進(jìn),是我國(guó)空間天氣磁暴、亞暴定量預(yù)報(bào)領(lǐng)域的一個(gè)重要進(jìn)展。

      首次運(yùn)用物理分析方法導(dǎo)出磁層亞暴活動(dòng)指數(shù)與磁暴活動(dòng)指數(shù)的解析關(guān)系式,揭示了磁層亞暴與磁暴之間存在的內(nèi)在物理關(guān)系。研究結(jié)果引起國(guó)際同行的廣泛關(guān)注和積極評(píng)價(jià)。

      提出了磁力線曲率分析,磁壓力梯度分析, 磁場(chǎng)矢量旋轉(zhuǎn)分析,磁場(chǎng)最小變化分析等幾種原創(chuàng)性的多點(diǎn)衛(wèi)星磁場(chǎng)探測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)分析新方法,并已編制了完備的工具軟件。對(duì)電流片、磁繩、磁層頂邊界層等關(guān)鍵磁場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)的位形和動(dòng)態(tài)變化的分析結(jié)果已發(fā)表在JGR 、GRL 等國(guó)際核心刊物上。通過(guò)對(duì)Cluster磁場(chǎng)觀測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)的分析研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)磁尾電流片具有三種基本類型:標(biāo)準(zhǔn)電流片,扁型電流片,傾斜電流片;并指出三類電流片在磁尾動(dòng)力學(xué)演化過(guò)程中的作用.

      首次在國(guó)內(nèi)進(jìn)行地球近地空間等離子體環(huán)境可視化探測(cè)—中性原子成像的理論和模擬研究工作, 建立了暴時(shí)環(huán)電流離子分布理論模式,發(fā)現(xiàn)暴時(shí)中性原子成像的基本特征和規(guī)律。此項(xiàng)成果對(duì)雙星計(jì)劃中性原子成像儀的研制發(fā)揮了關(guān)鍵性的作用,為我國(guó)中性原子探測(cè)工作的開(kāi)展提供了可靠的理論基礎(chǔ)。

      發(fā)展了可壓縮渦旋誘發(fā)磁場(chǎng)重聯(lián)理論,系統(tǒng)地研究了可壓縮渦旋誘發(fā)重聯(lián)的線性和非線性特性,解決了不可壓縮理論模式與磁層觀測(cè)結(jié)果的矛盾,證實(shí)渦旋誘發(fā)重聯(lián)渦旋誘發(fā)重聯(lián)是K-H不穩(wěn)定性與電阻不穩(wěn)定性的相互耦合過(guò)程,是磁層頂邊界層磁場(chǎng)重聯(lián)的重要形式。國(guó)際磁場(chǎng)重聯(lián)領(lǐng)域的著名學(xué)者Sunnerrup教授指出這是一種新的磁場(chǎng)重聯(lián)機(jī)制。

      創(chuàng)建了中國(guó)雙星地球空間探測(cè)計(jì)劃科學(xué)運(yùn)行中心。在2002—2003的兩年期間,主持建立中國(guó)雙星地球空間探測(cè)計(jì)劃科學(xué)運(yùn)行中心的硬件設(shè)施、網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)及程序軟件系統(tǒng)。經(jīng)歷兩年多的在軌運(yùn)行,顯示科學(xué)運(yùn)行軟件系統(tǒng)易于操作,能適應(yīng)于各種正常以及非正常變化的情況,硬件系統(tǒng)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)非?煽浚錾赝瓿呻p星的科學(xué)運(yùn)行任務(wù), 獲取了磁層亞暴、磁暴等動(dòng)力學(xué)過(guò)程的大量探測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)(約200GB),并取得了一些重要數(shù)據(jù)分析研究成果。
